Ah!!! Nuts and seeds contain almost fats but they are food with low glycemic index. Meaning they help to release energy slowly, which means they are good for diabetics and people who want to lose weight(which is me). Weird... anyway I need fats to get rid of my stored fats. oohlala.. After doing some research, my consciousness about my food intake has heightened. I need to stay away from high-glycemic food as far as possible, because I don't want my arteries to clogwhen I'm in my mid 20s, and then contracted with chronic diseases. Selesih! I also need to keep my insulin level low or balance and increase intake in magnesium and antioxidants. They are goood for the skin. Ouh Yeah.. this is scarry.... when your insulin level elevated, your kidney will retain the salt. This will cause water weight. Water weight gives you high blood pressure..... AHHHH... I'm developing some of these symptoms... touch wood. WATER WEIGHT! SALT RETAINTION! HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!!! All these sound familiar to me. Ahhh..I DONT WANT A KIDNEY FAILURE AT YOUNG AGE OR FOR FOREVER!!! Insulin level also affects your stress level, hormones, mood disorders++++.. No wonder it explains alot..!
