Excuuzzzmuaa

Many people who are trapped in the vicious cycle of life, cannot escape from it. This is so tragic. This afternoon, during a trip to Causeway Point with my mum, hoping to find a pretty vase with silhouette and gorgeous flowers to complement with it, we witness a mum dealing with her boy. I felt sorry for that boy. We were at the BATA shop. I think the story goes like... This 5-7 year-old boy wanted to try on other shoes meanwhile his mother was paying for his 'confirmed' shoes. His dad tried to stop him and lured him outside. But children.. as expected, they looovee trying on new things (jakon). So this boy who was reluctant, struggled from his dad grip and shrieking like a helpless boy. HIS MOTHER who was at the cashier, suddenly yelled in malay, " DAH LAH CUKUP! SELALU MACAM GINI! BALIK LAH!" at her son who was a few metres away.
....

I HATE SEEING mothers scolding their small children in public. Although most cases are reasonable. BUT THIS was something different. She scolded her son as if she was having a fight with her husband (HELLO MDM! A BOY AND A HUSBAND ARE SO DIFFERENT!). The reaction on her face when she turned back at the cashier, speaks volume of her. An amatuer, mood-swing and has shallow-knowledge on GOOD PARENTING. (That's why I'd rather not have children , knowing my weaknesses. I don't want my kids to suffer.)

...
Meanwhile the father tried to calm the kid in an appropriate and rational manner. UNLIKE the mother who also had embarrassed her husband in some way..

...
That boy is so pitiful especially in his humble clothing with cap and dull sandals.

...
I wonder how he is being treated at home. I guesed he was the only child. There will be no one's shoulder for him to cry on, if not his dad. This will result the boy to fall in the wrong company and limit his potential being a successful person.

...
Anyway, who am I to say such things on someone's mum aite? Just regard this as an opinion from an unsatisfied and concerned person. If only the boy is clued-up of his environment and able to make a difference...
