It is not enjoyable waiting for people for hours, and then you found out they had reached long before you realised. It really gets under my skin when that person refuses to admit her mistake. Instead she keeps on blaming me for the consequence that I faced, not hers. A simple apology will do but here matters just get worsen due to her ego and selfishness. Who is the rightful person here to get angry? It should be me not her.
